 Executive education in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the University of Geneva The University of Geneva's HEC Executive Education in CSR program was launched in 2008 in partnership with Dr Michael Hopkins, CEO of MHC International Ltd. Since then, over 200 international professionals from the public and private sectors have attended our courses (see some of the organizations they work for). The program helps participants: - Understand the different aspects of CSR and Sustainability with the aim to make it practical in different strategic and operational environments.
- Master the CSR and sustainable development decision making tools and analytical instruments used by institutions today, and likely to be used in the future.
- Promote CSR skills of individuals so that they may play an important role in making the concept even more widespread than it is today.
Certificate of Advanced Studies in CSR The certificate is geared to participants willing to grasp the practical essentials of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development. The programme runs from January to Junes and has 9 teaching modules, including the preparation of a thesis. Successful candidates receive 30 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) credits. More information... Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in CSR This course adds to our existing certificate course with two additional modules on CSR/sustainability reporting, change management, branding and communication in August and September. Students receive 36 ECTS credits. More information... The Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Corporate Social Responsibility can be followed as a second year specialization of the University of Geneva's Executive MBA. More information... CSR Executive Summer Course The diploma hase a self-paced online introductory e-learning module followed by 4 modules taught over four days. Students successfully completing the required examinations receive a Certificate of Completion representing 7 ECTS credits. More information...
